No matter if the cost of materials shoots thru the roof or the labor market dries up (common excuses other paving and asphalt companies use "jack up" the final bill), we will only charge what we quote.   The asphalt, concrete, paving industry in Texas has experienced a wave of less than professional startup companies in the last 10 years. Gallagher Paving never requires 100% of the money upfront on any paving, asphalt or concrete job. In fact, we usually require NO down payment for most residential projects and no more than 30% on commercial projects. Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but as a baseline of what to expect from us - it would be appropriate to expect this.

  Ask just about any Concrete , Paving or Asphalt contractor in Texas if they have their own trucks and smaller job-site equipment...they will probably say YES! Ask them if they have enough of and the right kinds of crews to handle any sized jobs from a very small concrete fix to a very large asphalt parking lot...they will say YES. Ask them if they have the proper type and amount of Licenses and Insurance...they will probably say yes. 
  In fact, many of the smaller companies are not being completely truthful and that can spell TROUBLE for you.
